What was the highlight of Albergo Mediterraneo

Good place to stay for 4-5 days.

I very much appreciate help of the receptionists Elena and Erica. Elena was so caring to find me a cheaper transfer back to the airport and found an excursion agent. Erica told about the route to go to Jupiter temple. The sea is 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Umbrella and bed - 8-10 EUR for the whole day.

My personal inconvenience was that there is no extra socket for the laptop near the table. I had to switch off the mini bar for switching on the laptop. Besides, in my view, breakfasts are the same each day. But I do not complaint:) - this is just my opinion.

Perfect if you want to experience and have an active but also relaxing life and easily go into town.

The location was perfect. Close to beach but still not too far from town. Going to Circeo was also an option. Really fresh and various well-made alternatives for breakfast. There was something that suited all of one of us. The coffees were exquisite! We really liked the fact that they were always available sunbeds by the pool, and that the atmosphere was always very calm and relaxing with children playing. All the staff were really helpful and friendly, in the restaurant, by the pool and in the reception.

Ok for short stop over, staff very helpful

Great pool and out door area, staff, very friendly, helpful etc. Food limited menu, ate once, steak wasn’t the best. Room big enough, for 2, 3 slightly cramped. Shower was very poor.

Good Typical Italian Hotel with everything you need, ideal for families and parking on site.

Close to the beach and a typical Italian large hotel that I'm thinking caters to large groups, really clean and everything you need with a great pool although really bad wifi in the rooms and breakfast they ran out of scrambled eggs to due the large group coming in and eating them all>>> The kitchen could not replace the scrambled eggs although they offered us boiled eggs? not sure how that works but they had other typical selections. Great hotel for a one or two night stop and really close to a large number of fabulous local restaurants.

The wifi in the rooms could be better and stronger as it kept dropping out. I was there on work which made working in my room a little inconvenient.

Nice hotel, friendly helpful staff, good car park, nice food.

Pool looked good but didn't use it. Beach looked good but too early in year. Breakfast was good except when coach party beat us to it!

Noisy coach party. Long walk to town, early in the year very few restaurants open nearby, some said they were open on their web sites and actually weren't!

Very Good

Pool and area surrounding were fantastic. Most staff members were very helpful, friendly and welcoming - reception, wait staff, pool guards, cleaners. The location was good although quite a way from the old historic area. Scrupulously clean. Peaceful surroundings, well maintained. Good staff recommendation for a fantastic restaurant along the seafront. Good buffet selection at breakfast, staff remembered choices, the restaurant seemed very popular at lunch and dinner too. Nicely appointed building and grounds including pool, quiet location. Great pizzeria next door!

One staff member on checking in was somewhat patronising and not particularly helpful, and we had to wait for our room despite informing them of our arrival after 7 hours of travelling including them booking the 1.5+ hour taxi airport journey, which really made a bad and upsetting first impression. Luckily he wasn't on duty again until the day prior to leaving. Some elements of the hotel were not our expectations of a 4 star standard. Shower/bathroom was not great, small with a couple of broken fixtures. No organised trips or transport to areas of interest around Terracina, seems car hire is the only way to do this as metered taxis to.other historic towns are very expensive, as is the taxi airport shuttle.

Breakfast was exceptional.

There seems to be an issue with their banking provider, my visa and MasterCard were not accepted for payment, my husband attempted to pay with his visa and mc and same issued came up. I have been in Italy for six days and my visa and mc (including my husband's) to date have never been denied that is my only issue with the hotel.

I like the kind and friendly staff, the swimming pool, the great location and the great food choice. I like also the possibility to park the car.

Relaxing stay - lovely hotel

Lovely hotel with amazing pool. Ideal location for beach and beach bars. Lovely breakfast. Pizza place next door was amazing. Bike hire at reasonable prices.

Pool attendant was unhelpful and many of the sun loungers were broken.. unsafe. Over priced drinks.

Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Big rooms with nice balcony. Good parking. By the beach, not far from city center.

Walls of room too thin as I could hear people talking next door. Too much plastic such as cups for water at breakfast or soap/shower gel in rooms. Soap was thrown away every morning, and a new one put out, also wrapped in plastic. I love animals and therefore noticed skinny cats around the hotel. It would be easy to feed them = healthy cats and no mice/rats around. Everybody wins! The guard dog of the hotel was in a big kennel and taken for walks. But not sure what happens with him in winter. I felt sorry for him as he was there alone all the time.

A very pleasant family-friendly hotel. Excellent beaches and local restaraunts nearby.

Excellent pool, very good location (proximity to the beach, quietness, good local restaurants nearby), good breakfast and dinner in the hotel, staff was very friendly and professional (special thanks to Maria at the reception desk).

The pool closes too early (7pm), bathrooms would definitely benefit from bigger shower cabins and higher spec mixer taps in the shower cabins, the aircon in our room was archaic and did not keep up with the heat.

We only had a short stay but would definitely stop again. Met some new friends as well.

Very clean pool. Credit to the man who looks after it. Wonderful breakfast with lots of choices. Very helpful staff. Near the beach for lunch.

Bed was a little uncomfortable and the view was over a roof top.

Nice hotel with great pool and breakfast near the beach

The hotel has a great position close to the beach, a nice swimming pool, an excellent breakfast and has clean air conditioned rooms with good Wi-Fi.

Our bed had an old spring mattress, which we found a little uncomfortable, and our shower was rather small. In addition, this year we found the beach in Terracina in front of the hotel less appealing than beaches in Gaeta and Sperlonga, not far away.
